Liberating Structures Immersion Workshop (2 Days)

Experience around 20 Liberating Structures in two highly interactive days. Learn by doing, discover the principles behind the structures, and explore how to combine them into powerful strings. You’ll leave with practical ideas, facilitation tips, and plenty of inspiration to make your meetings and workshops more engaging and effective.

Liberating Structures in Practice (1 Day)

Work on real challenges. Learn Liberating Structures along the way.

"Liberating Structures in Practice" brings both together. Each one-day workshop focuses on a challenge that matters to your organization. We use Liberating Structures to involve everyone and tap into the group's collective intelligence. You’ll leave with practical insights and concrete actions, while experiencing and learning Liberating Structures by actually using them.

This reflects the purpose of Liberating Structures: Enabling people to tackle current challenges while building the skills needed to thrive in the future.

Potential challenges

• Meetings - How can we break free from boring and ineffective meetings?
• Strategy - How can we turn strategy into meaningful action?
• AI - How can we embrace AI without losing human judgment and creativity?
• Conflict - How can we work through tensions without getting stuck in conflict?
• Effectiveness - How can we better understand and improve our team’s effectiveness?
• Innovation - How can we make room for innovation when everything feels important?
• Kickoff - How can we give our new initiative the best possible start?

Or bring your own challenge, and we'll design a workshop around it!

Each workshop runs from 09:30–16:00 and focuses on one challenge. Choose a single workshop or create a series around several challenges that matter to your organization. For a series, we recommend one workshop per month, giving you time to put ideas and insights into practice between sessions.

Design and facilitate, together

Optionally, we can design the workshops together, combining our experience with Liberating Structures with your knowledge of the organization and the challenge at hand. We can also co-facilitate the workshop, giving you hands-on experience in using Liberating Structures yourself. Over time, this builds the confidence and capability to design and facilitate your own sessions.

Participants

These workshops work particularly well with two types of groups:

1. A cross-section of your organization
   Bring together people from different roles, teams, and perspectives who can contribute to the challenge and influence what happens next. The focus is on using the collective intelligence in the room to better understand the challenge, explore possibilities, and identify concrete actions.
2. Facilitators, coaches, and consultants
   Use a real organizational challenge as an opportunity to learn how to design and facilitate with Liberating Structures. You’ll still generate insights and concrete improvements around the challenge, but with additional attention to why particular structures are used, how they are combined, and what it takes to facilitate them effectively.

Pricing

Each workshop accommodates up to 18 participants. The more people participate, the lower the cost per person. And when you combine multiple workshops, the price per workshop goes down as well:

• 1 workshop: €5,000
• 2-4 workshops: €4,250 per workshop
• 5+ workshops: €3,500 per workshop
